Monitor Stream Health

Throughout the Kaipātiki Local Board area, there are many natural streams that flow into the Waitematā harbour. To ensure they are healthy and stay healthy, it’s important to monitor the water quality within the streams.

To undertake this assessment, you will need specific training and resources. Please email us your interest in learning to monitor aquatic environments for when the Kaipatiki Project/PFK stream workshops are available in 2020. Email enquiries@pestfreekaipatiki.org.nz.

Get involved so that we can make Kaipātiki Citizen Science Month the biggest Citizen Science project in Auckland!
