Venue Hire

Spaces available to hire

Location: Puāwai, 3 Ross Avenue, Glenfield, Auckland

A large indoor space - The Kererū Room - and our outdoor lawn space are both currently available for hire. More details are provided below.

Please note:

  • All prices include GST

  • We have a no alcohol and no naked flames policy

  • Full hireage terms and conditions will be supplied at the time of booking

  • Bookings only available between 9am and 10pm

  • A bond and cleaning fee may apply

  • A minimum hire period of 2 hours applies for one-off bookings

“ANCAD hired the Kererū Room for our monthly network meeting in August. We loved the space which fit our group of 30 really nicely. We were able to connect our laptop to the in-house tv screen and we had access to a kitchen with cups and glasses and all the chairs were already set out. Fantastic space, fantastic people. The Kererū Room

A large room suitable for up to 80 people seated theatre-style

  • Plenty of parking and close to public transport

  • Hire includes use of TV/Whiteboard, use of kitchen facilities

  • Chairs and tables available on request at no charge

  • Wi-Fi available

Room hire: $40* an hour including GST (community/non-profit)/ $50* an hour including GST (commercial)

To request a booking:

  1. Click the button to 'Book the Kererū Room'. This will open an email to team@pfk.org.nz. 

  2. Make sure to include the following information in your email:

    1. Date and time of booking (make sure to include any set up and pack down time needed)

    2. Expected number of attendees

    3. Any equipment needed

    4. On site contact for the event and contact information (if differs from the person booking)

    5. Your contact phone number (in case we need to call you with any questions)​

 

PLEASE NOTE - All booking requests made through this process are provisional until you receive a confirmation email from one of the Pest Free Kaipātiki team.
